3 Students Win “Chef for a Day” at School

“Chef Schwartz and I prepared enough “Fruity Tarts” samples for 130 students on my team,” said Sara Wright, a middle school student and Stirring Up Health Recipe Contest National Winner, from Southern Regional Middle School, Manahawkin, NJ. Johnson and Wales University Chefs impressed students with their skills during the Chef for a Day visits. Fun and healthy culinary demonstrations were given, and cooking and career questions answered.
