Do you think about what you drink or do you drink before you think?

Drink think is important because water makes up at least 60% of your body – It’s an essential nutrient! Drinking water and other beverages throughout the day promotes adequate hydration and maintains peak mental and physical performance for all ages.

Aspire to these goals for Drink Think habits:

  • Choose water or low-fat milk rather than soft drink or high sugar, high fat beverages.
  • Choose 3 servings of milk each day.
  • Start your morning off with a glass of 100% fruit juice. 1 cup counts as 1 fruit serving.
