Healthy Spring Break Ideas for Kids

Healthy Kids Challenge wants to give moms some fun and easy ideas to help kids enjoy healthy eating and physical activity during their school Spring Break time!

  • Plan an afternoon to visit the local park. Let your kids bring a friend and some outdoor equipment (playground ball, baseball, Frisbee) to add to the fun!
