Family Fun at Disney Marathon Expo Walk Through the Pyramid Event

Overheard at the Walk Through the Pyramid event last week:
“This is so great to show my kids what I try to tell them every day!”
“This is so colorful and a great way to get this message out.”
The goal: Families making healthy behavior a priority.
The event: An interactive experience of actually walking through MyPyramid enhanced with some fun active play.
What you can STILL do to continue your healthy habits after the event:
1. Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day
2. Get 1 hour of physical activity a day
3. Limit TV screen time to less than 2 hours a day
