Stop and think about the healthy choices you can make. We need to bring back the “healthy” in snack. Too often we make poor snack choices: foods loaded with calories and little nutritional value. To remind yourself to stop and think, download our free poster, print it, and hang it up in the kitchen!

All foods fit when you think about
More or Less
Eat MORE fruits and vegetables
Eat LESS sugary and high-fat foods

A “More or Less Often?” Family Activity:

1. Discuss snack choices.

2. List current fruit and veggie snack choices that could be eaten more often.



3. List current sugary and high-fat food choices that could be eaten less often.



4. Keep and post your lists to remind everyone in your family to think More or Less!
